The Hold All Mail Service is offered to clients who wish to have their correspondence, financial statements, mail and packages received and held for them at a secure US location.

Hold All Mail will assign the client a personal suite number and address which can be used for the receipt of all correspondence. Any items of mail/packages received at this address will be kept securely and privately whilst we await the client’s instructions regarding collection/delivery of the said mail.

Hold All Mail has developed a first class reputation amongst some of the largest and most prestigious finance houses in the US for safe, reliable and discreet handling and storage of clients mail, financial statements and packages. Additionally, we are constantly refining our service to ensure that we are attending to the needs and requirements of our Internationally based sophisticated, upscale clients.

In order to maintain our high standards of service we are constantly in touch with the major finance houses ensuring that our procedures are not only efficient and reliable but that we are also acting within their guidelines and policies regarding client mail.

Some international clients prefer that their mail be confidentially received and held at a secure US location pending their next visit to Miami.(e.g. individuals with private banking relationships that do not want to disseminate confidential account information and correspondence).
