1. If I am in Miami, is it possible for me to go and pick up my mail at the SkyBox office? Yes. Simply notify a Hold All Mail Service representative 24 hours in advance and your mail will be ready for pick up when you arrive. A photo ID is required and if you have sent another individual to pick up your correspondence, they must be authorized to pick up your mail.

2. Is it possible to have my mail sent to another address besides the address that I have registered in my account?
Yes. Simply notify a Hold All Mail Servicerepresentative of the address you wish to have your mail sent to. Hold All Mail Service personnel will prepare and send your mail to the address you have specified. That address will remain on file with us should you wish to receive another shipment there.

3. How much does it cost to have my mail sent to me?
Our shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the shipments you plan on sending. For specific rates pertinent to your account, please contact a Hold All Mail representative.

4. If I already have a regular Hold All Mail US address, is it possible for me to have a Hold All Mail address?
Absolutely, your regular SkyBox account will be unaffected by the opening of a SkyBox Hold All Mail account. Your regular account will continue to function as usual and will be a separate account from your Hold All Mail account

5. Why do I need a Hold All Mail address?
Several international clients do not wish to have their correspondence, financial statements, mail and packages sent to them and prefer to have their mail received and stored for them at a secure location with in the United States. With the Hold All Mail service, clients can have the piece of mind that their mail is safe and secure and can choose exactly when they wish to receive it.

6. How much is the Hold All Mail Service?
There is a $220 annual fee for the Hold All Mail service. Any shipping costs incurred are additional.

7. What address should I use to receive my correspondence in my Hold All Mail suite?
When informing vendors or financial institutions of your US address please use the following address:

8. Is there a limit to the amount of mail I can receive in my Hold All Mail suite?
No, there is no limit to the amount of mail you can receive in your Hold All Mail suite address, as long as your account remains current SkyBox will hold your mail.

There is no time limit on your account. As long as your SkyBox Hold All Mail account remains current, Hold All Mail will continue to hold your mail.
